ForskNG is a research programme under Energinet.dk, aimed at researching and developing the gas system.

The aim of ForskNG is to develop the Danish gas system, for example hydrogen and biogas production, and the distribution system; and to interrelate the gas system to other energy systems.

The budget of ForskNG fluctuates from year to year, depending on the number of projects.
