Formulation of the physics in the atmospheric boundary layer

Wind field calculation at large offshore wind farms and subsequent flow involves some uncertainties. The project tries to apply a fundamentally different formulation of the physics in the atmospheric boundary layer, ie Bergmann’s balance of preserved sizes in their steady-state formulation.
