The project aims at developing and demonstrating an optimised μCHP system (micro CHP), consisting of an HT-PEM (high-temperature PEM) fuel-cell stack and a multifuel reformer. In the long run, μCHP will be able to operate on renewable fuel. Consequently, systems operating on biogas, bioethanol, etc. need to be developed.
