Energy city Frederikshavn: 100% balanced RE supply

By 2015, the city of Frederikshavn must consume 100% renewable energy. The goal is to test an integrated energy system in which electricity, heating and transportation interact intelligently without creating imbalances if neighbouring cities or areas also want to switch to 100% RE supply.
