Upscaling the two-stage gasification process

The objective of the project is to demonstrate that the two-stage gasification process originally developed by DTU Mechanical Engineering as the VIKING gasifier and subsequently verified in a pilot facility at Weiss A/S can be upscaled to 500 kWe, commissioned and run in an unmanned and fully automated process at Hadsund Fjernvarmeværk.
