Activating 200 MW of waste CHP as upward regulating power

Waste CHP plants can be used in the electricity market for upward regulation by bypassing the steam turbine. The technical design for this purpose must ensure that factors such as response and activation time do not result in more expensive turbine maintenance. The project will simulate and demonstrate plant earnings capacity.
