New cover solution for the pit heat storage in Marstal

The project plans a new floating cover solution, first to be demonstrated at the Marstal Fjernvarme 10,000 m3 pit heat storage facility for solar power. The new design must be used for large pit heat storage facilities of more than 50,000 m3 and render it possible to cover the entire district heat consumption with solar power in a district heating system.
