Integration of BMS (Battery Management Systems) in electric versions of conventional cars

Funded projects: EUDP

Able to function as a 6-9 person taxi or van, a Fiat Scudo will be supplied with 276 V Li-ion batteries, a Battery Management System (BMS) and a 12 kW HT-PEM methanol fuel cell. The project will demonstrate that this hybrid “power back” technology will give large electric vehicles the same range as vehicles with combustion engines.
