Communication of electricity consumption data in the FEEDBACK project

The project will evaluate use of text messages and e-mails to communicate electricity consumption data in the FEEDBACK project. Qualitative interviews will ensure a balanced description of the test families’ responses to the communication form of the FEEDBACK project, which according to the preliminary results shows no statistically significant additional savings.
