Biofuel production with cellulose degradation

Use of cellulose for biofuel production requires the cellulose to be degraded into small molecules. Several different enzymes can be used for this purpose. The project aims to develop a method for characterising adjustment and degradation mechanism of these enzymes by means of thermo-dynamic screening.
