The sun to be efficiently exploited

The sun to be efficiently exploited

Solution type: in Development phase

Billions of nanostructures (nanoflakes) will be used to develop a PV cell capable of increasing the efficiency

Funded by: ATF

Each formed by a perfect semiconductor crystal, known from the IT sector, billions of nanostructures (nanoflakes) will be used to develop a PV cell capable of increasing the efficiency ratio from the approx. 20% generated by conventional cells to approx. 30%, thus reducing the price of PV generated electricity.
