Electric Cars, the Transport of the Future

Due to increasing global demands to reduce carbon-dioxide emissions, the automotive industry is now investing in manufacturing at least one line of electric cars.

However, the market is uncertain, far from established. Many believe that few people will purchase electric cars before the infrastructure has been expanded, while power companies are hesitant about expansion before there is a stable market for the investments required.

We are ready
At E.ON we do not want to be and will not be the weakest link. Instead we are working to develop an infrastructure of charging stations that can support electrical cars with power. Whenever the market is ready for electrical cars, we are too!
