DanSolar

DanSolar is a Danish owned company founded in 2007 with the purpose to create a more healthy globe by developing and selling "state of the art" and "easy to use" energy solutions based on knowledge about and investment in better uses of sustainable energy sources. The goal is to minimize the use of fossil fuels and thereby radically reduce the emission of CO2.

The business idea was to create a product that was able to utilize the solar power much more effective than other existing solutions - and at the same time use the unit to ventilate and improve the indoor climate.

The solution was the DanSolar AirHeater, which after the first prototype tests showed convincing results as it was able to increase outside temperatures with staggering 47 degrees. Compared to similiar products on the market the DanSolar AirHeater was three times more efficient and six times more efficient than photo voltaic solar cells.

Today DanSolar manufactures and sell a variety of cleantech products: Solar panels for heating, ventilation and power as well as wind tubines.
