DI Transport

The Danish Transport Federation (DI Transport) is an independent business organisation within the Confederation of Danish Industries (DI). DI has 11.000 members, of which more than 3.000 are direct members of DI Transport. The total payroll among DI Transport members account for more than 3 billion Euros. Members represent a wide range of activities within transportation, such as;

• forwarding, stevedoring, shipping and warehousing 
• public transport by bus, coach and rail 
• aviation 
• service providers and consultants linked to transportation and infrastructure
• ports, airports and terminals within freight and passenger transport
• logistics, distribution and all kinds of freight transport on road, rail and in air.

DI Transport's mission and vision
DI Transports mission is to ensure the competiveness of the Danish transport industry on a national as well as international basis. DI Transport holds the vision that Denmark should be a leading nation for transport and logistics in Europe. In doing so, Danish Transport Federation's objective is to safeguard the best possible political and economical framework for transportation of persons and goods, effective intermodality between transport modes, efficient airports, ports and terminals as well as a modern, reliable and coherent infrastructure.
