DHI is an independent, international consulting and research organisation. We are more than 950 employees worldwide. Our headquarters are located in Denmark, but more than half of our employees work in DHI’s offices around the globe. In Denmark, DHI is a GTS institute - approved technological service institute.
Our objectives are to advance technological development and competence within the fields of water, environment and health. We offer a wide range of consulting services and leading edge technologies, software tools, chemical / biological laboratories and physical model test facilities as well as field surveys and monitoring programmes.
Our mission is simple: provide the right solutions and products to our customers. We work with governmental agencies and authorities, contractors, consulting companies and a wide range of industries. No customer is too large and no customer is too small. We will always work to find the right solution – a solution which satisfies your needs.
At DHI we have a long tradition for dissemination of knowledge by technology transfer and capacity building in the form of formal courses as well as on-the-job training. Designated as a not-for-profit organisation DHI is able to invest 25% of its human resources in R&D.
