The Danish Centre for Verification of Climate and Environmental Technologies, DANETV, offers independent tests of technologies and products for the reduction of climate changes and pollution, as well as of monitoring equipment detecting environmental changes. The technology areas emphasized are: air emissions, energy efficiency, alternative energy production, water treatment and water monitoring, within the sectors of industry, energy production, agriculture and public utilities.

DANETV has been established with financial support from the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) is an independent third-party evaluation of climate and environmental technologies and products. ETV aims to help society choosing and investing in technologies that reduce climate change and environmental effects, and to choose technologies to monitor these changes and effects. ETV helps to reduce risks and skepticism related to investments in new and/or innovative technologies. ETV further helps companies to demonstrate the efficiency of these products and to increase market shares.
