BioSynergi Proces

BioSynergi Proces ApS is developing and marketing a complete small scale combined heat and power system. The system utilises wood chips from forestry operations for combined electricity and heat generation.

The combined heat and power system uses an efficient gasification process and is particularly aimed at smaller district heating stations, major industrial enterprises and institutions. The system is designed to use ordinary wood chips from forestry operations.
 

The central part in the BioSynergi’s gasification process is an air staged downdraft gasifier which is covered by an EU patent. The proven process ensures a sufficiently low tar content and adequately gas quality suitable for gas engine operation.

The fully developed programme of models will cover the demand for biomass fuelled CHP plants in the range of 300-900 kW electric output combined with 700-2,200 KJ/s of heat utility.
