Haarslev Industies A/S, worldwide leading producer of biomass treatment plants takes over SEVAR, one of the first German suppliers of belt drying plants for sewage sludges and biomasses with over 25 years of experience. From initial plants in Germany to worldwide implemented installations, SEVAR plants have shown a high level of innovation, reliablility and commercial viability.

Strong growth potential

SEVAR’s portfolio is complementary to Haarslev’s product range in the area of environmental technologies and especially sewage sludge treatment. Haarslev can now offer a broad range of individual solutions for sludge and biomass drying utilizing its succesful Haarslev Rotadisc disc dryer, Flo-Dry rotary drum dryer and Rotatube steam tube dryer lines in combination with the SEVAR belt drying technologies. By integrating SEVAR into Haarslev‘s international manufacturing and sales network Haarslev will generate strong growth potential for its Environmental Division. As part of the take-over SEVAR Anlagentechnik GmbH will be merged into Haarslev Industries GmbH and serve as the future lead organization for Haarslev’s Environmental Division.
