Promecon is a strong partner in steel – we work in a wide range of materials from special stainless alloys to more common carbon steel. Promecon has approx. 300 committed employees at its offices and workshops in Fredericia, Esbjerg, Kalundborg and Valby as well as Norway and Asia.

Steel is strong - but often materials other than steel provide the ideal solution. Thanks to innovative thinking and experience, we are creating solutions that bring new materials into the loop and raise awareness in the marketplace.

Promecon is at the very forefront in terms of welding. We are certificated, so our specs tick all the toughest boxes in the business, and we have properly integrated quality assurance. It goes without saying that we can trace all welds, if so required.

New materials present new challenges when it comes to design and erection. That may mean developing new types of extruded aluminium profiles or welding special-purpose plastic. But even a familiar material such as steel can throw up a challenge when we encounter it in the shape of a ”flabby” structure unable to support its own weight, at least until all the parts have been assembled. That takes experience and innovative thinking.
The force field between the material’s potentials and our credentials just generates innovation. That force is what drives us!
