NRGi - always present
A few years ago, NRGi was a minor Danish supplier of electricity and heating for local area consumers. From being a small Danish company, NRGi is now quickly developing into a company with the whole country as its home market, laying long-term strategies for development and partnerships.
The reason for the success is that NRGi realized early on that the world’s energy resources are not inexhaustible, that man’s impact on the environment is growing daily, and that we have to start thinking alternatively.
NRGi is providing electricity to more than 205.000 customers across Denmark. Furthermore, NRGi is constantly launching a great number of initiatives to encourage citizens to take greater interest in reducing their energy consumption and thereby CO2 emissions for the benefit of the environment.
The company employs around 1.200 people and has the headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. NRGi’s headquarter is one of the world’s most energy-efficient buildings. It is a building where every single detail has been carefully considered in terms of energy utilization. Thanks to its architecture, it is both energy-saving and heat retaining.
