Better Place is the world’s leading electric vehicle (EV) services provider. We strive to accelerate the global transition to sustainable transportation and towards new economic opportunities, independence from oil and a cleaner planet.

We are building an infrastructure and intelligent network designed to deliver a range of services to EV drivers, enable widespread adoption of electric vehicles, and utilize sustainable energy.
We will provide unlimited driving range in a convenient manner, making sure that you can confidently drive an EV anytime, anywhere – always with a clean conscience.

Making Denmark a Better Place

Better Place Denmark is based in Copenhagen, and we work with our partners to establish a nationwide infrastructure that will help Denmark reach our ambitious climate targets and become the first country in the world to adopt EVs on a large scale.

Denmark produces enough wind power to provide 450.000 EVs with electricity to drive 15-20.000 kilometres a year. Our intelligent and coherent infrastructure will make it possible to use this sustainable energy source more efficiently. We partner with several Danish municipalities and more will follow. We have also joined forces with DSB, to provide Danes with door-to-door, sustainable transportation by combining trains and electric cars.
